How long?
Usually 10-15 hours - over 2, 5, 10 to 15 sessions. Typically over a series of weeks, most effective is the same time each week for 10-15 weeks.
Many will opt for a series of training across three of months, and some opt for the intensive option of 1-2 days back-to-back coaching sessions.
Coaching is typically over video calls as it is more efficient for time purposes however in person is available

If we haven’t made the light switch flip within five coaching sessions it will be a struggle to make a positive impact in more sessions. 15 sessions is at least 15 hours which are two days of fully focused work, many CEOs are completely delivery-focused and want to be empowered to go and drive their business forward. Long-standing coaching will work great, however, this approach struggles to have results quickly enough for you to have the confidence it is working for the short, mid and long term. My check in sessions are designed to hold you accountable for quarters to come. Happy to discuss this further
