What is it?
A dedicated Marketing coaching designed to coach leaders and coach their department and team(s) leaders
Who’s it for?
Department leads (usually CMOs but CPOs and COOs opt in for this too) needing to coach their department and drive performance

How long?
Usually 12 hours - over 2, 4 or 6 sessions. Typically over a few select days, 1/2 days and “department coaching” days
